Returns

Services:
We will gladly adjust any service you receive within two weeks of the original visit. Please call as soon possible to reschedule.

Products:
We will exchange any hair care product within two months of purchase. For returns, you will receive a store credit for the purchase price of the returned product.

Boutique Items:
All Boutique sales (jewelry, books, glasses, fragrance, décor, etc) are final sales. At Salon Red Kids, you may return any non-sale items for a store credit or exchange, as long as it’s in new condition.

Gift Cards:
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases.
