If you are an established stylist with 2 years’ experience or more, we may put you on the floor immediately while spending one day a week, temporary with one of our top stylists, learning our systems and color lines while you are still able to accommodate your guest.

rising red
Our Rising Red are licensed hairdresser that are advancing their skills in cut, color, styling and customer service through our advanced education program. Rising Red assist stylists in the salon and receive practical knowledge of the beauty industry in addition to having education opportunities. Classes provide young stylist with technical training to help them expand their skills and train their visual eye. Upon completing our program, they will have earned their positions as a Level 1 stylist.
